Jennifer Burnam is a Florida Native of Puertorican descent. She is a mother of 2 beautiful daughters and mother to her pup, Coco. Jennifer started her teenage years working in fast food and then entering the world of retail. At the age of 18, Jennifer made the scariest move known to her and accepted a position working in  Timeshare Sales. She failed miserably the first 6 months, however, this is where she learned to be resilient, increased her work ethic and always served from a place of excellence! She eventually became top sales person for the #1 Timeshare sales company.

Jennifer then merged into the property management industry, working directly with developers leasing and managing Luxury Apartment Homes, where she worked for a total of 13+ years. 

In 2016, a friend taught her everything about Wholesaling Real Estate. After mastering that, she got her Real Estate License in 2017 and as of today, she is a Multi-million dollar producer in both Traditional-Residential sales and Off Market sales, including Multifamily Assets. 

Coming from extremely humble beginnings and being a double minority, has given Jennifer the tenacity and the drive to achieve all that she sets out to do. This is what makes Jennifer stand out!
